“I have been farming for 6 years now. It is difficult to grow organic food, but now I have USDA certification and I have received relevant training that helped me to pursue my purpose of planting more in my plot and to stay committed to organic farming. As my land is not too grand I do all the work by myself, so my children can focus on themselves and go to school. “
FLORENCE
“The organic process has some up and down despite my passion and my will to grow organic. It takes a lot of time and energy but it’s worth it... I have about 13k of pineapple growth. I have 7 children, 2 of them are adults now and some of them are in boarding school and the others are living with me but I do all the work by myself, they are way too young to help me.“
